Why persecute Shias but not Christians?

And never attempt to learn about Islam from Muslims. They will confuse you like hell that in the end you would become an atheist. If you want to learn about Islam then learn from a non-Muslim. You would become more learned about Islam that way.

NO HOLDS BARRED

Raja Petra Kamarudin

If you are a non-Muslim please do not try to understand Muslims because even Muslims like me who have gone to Mekah ten times still cannot understand Muslims. I mean, if you were to serve pork to Muslims you would be accused of being insensitive to Islam, have no respect for Islam, inviting another “May 13”, and so on. But if you were to serve beer or liquor that is no issue.

In fact, many Muslims drink but would not touch pork with a ten-foot pole. Some vomit if they accidentally ate pork. Put a roast-suckling pig on the table in front of them and they would cringe. But put ten bottles of single-malt on the table in front of them and they would smile.

Muslims, somehow, are offended by this…

…but not by this

Sunni Muslims would arrest other Muslims who are not Sunni Muslims on grounds that they have deviated from the true teachings of Islam. But Christians also deviate from the true teachings of Islam and that is okay.

These people, such as Pakatan Harapan Muslims, will declare that they are liberal Muslims and hence they respect the rights of other religions such as Christianity. But then if it is Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, etc., that is okay. Those people do not go against the Qur’an or deviate from Islam by declaring that Jesus is the Son of God. Christians do.

None of the 124,000 Prophets ever declared that Jesus is the Son of God. Even Jesus himself did not declare he is God’s Son. Only Paul did and Paul is not even a Prophet but someone who had “visions”, which you can get if you smoke ganja.

Declaring that Jesus is the Son of God and that he died on the cross is a serious crime in Islam

So why are non-Sunni Muslims arrested and jailed while non-Sunni non-Muslims (such as Christians) are not arrested and jailed? They say non-Sunni Muslims deviate from the Qur’an. But non-Sunni non-Muslims also deviate from the Qur’an. And declaring that God gave birth to a son is a serious crime in Islam. If a non-Sunni Muslim says that, he or she would be killed. But if a non-Sunni non-Muslim says that, no problem.

Those are Muslims for you. So, do not even attempt to understand them. Just avoid them and they will leave you alone.

And never attempt to learn about Islam from Muslims. They will confuse you like hell that in the end you would become an atheist. If you want to learn about Islam then learn from a non-Muslim. You would become more learned about Islam that way.

(FMT) – A political scientist has called out government hypocrisy in its action against a Shia group, and questioned if the Islamic principle of Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin, or “mercy to all” applied to all Muslims even if some have different leanings.

Did the principle only mean mercy to some kinds of Muslims, and not others, said Ahmad Fauzi Abd Hamid of Universiti Sains Malaysia. The principle was introduced by Minister in charge of Religious Affairs in the Prime Minister’s department Mujahid Rawa.

Ahmad Fauzi’s remarks was made in response to action taken against a supposed Shia group distributing leaflets entitled “Who is Hussain”, referring to the grandson of Prophet Muhammad, and the central figure in Shia Islam.

The Inspector-General of Police, Abdul Hamid Bador, said recently that police would work with religious authorities to stop the group which has been seen as promoting Shia Islam. “This is irresponsible and goes against Sunni Islam,” Hamid said.

However Fauzi said this stance had reflected the “inconsistency and hypocrisy” in the governance and fatwa in the country.

“Why do I say this? There’s a national fatwa discouraging the dissemination of Salafi-Wahabism which is considered ‘unsuitable’ to Malaysia. Yet, many Salafi-Wahabi preachers are given the free hand in Malaysia Baru,” he said.

Malay-Muslims, even some within the PH government, had been known to honour controversial televangelist Zakir Naik as a celebrity figure. Mujahid had shown support for Naik, by having a meeting with Naik at the Federal Territories Islamic Department office in Kuala Lumpur in March. In a posting on Facebook, Mujahid had described Naik’s work as “inspiring”.

There has been heavy criticism of Naik. Among those who have called for his deportation has been the Penang Deputy Chief Minister II P Ramasamy.

Naik, a permanent resident in Malaysia, was recently charged in absentia in India of acquiring about Rs1.9 billion (RM114.5 million) worth of criminal assets. He has strongly denied the accusations.
