On the serious side, next week, I WILL make very sure that 5 people WILL BE registered as voters. And I will keep an eye out to get other unregistered Malaysians to become voters. That's my New Year's resolution and I WILL stick with it until the next GE.

I think Harkim Joe's article 'The #$@!#$$ long road" on Plus Hwy (appeared here in Aug) should be translated into all languages and distributed widely as this sweetheart deal is the norm with every gomen project which royally screws the rakyat so thoroughly that today, the $100 in our pockets is worth about $45 in goods n services. SOS, mayday, mayday, calling all forward thinking Malaysians to go all out and get anyone who come within their presence to understand the importance of getting themselves registered and voting on election day.

Malaysians are pathetic lot and most of them are last minute doers.

They will act only if the shit hits the fan and they are affected personally before they attempt to do anything. If they does anything it would personal i.e emigrating to Australia, Canada or Timbaktu but never do what is obvious.... change the government.

Some Malaysians spend 2 hours taking their daily bath.
Others spend 3 hours nightly at the Mamak stalls.
Still some spend hours playing majong.

But to take the trouble to go and register, they say it is too much!

Be A MAN/WOMAN.....place your chips when your given rights are - YES, they are in your hands! Be a RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN.

Come out and vote. Register yourself if you have not, do so immediately, make yourself eligible, useful and responsible. The future of your children and his children depended on us to Make the CHANGE in this Beloved Country.
