Shame shame to Malaysia when compared with other countries in the region

Netherlands in Europe do not have mountains, Switzerland has no oceans. Singapore has no rice fields, Indonesia has no mines. Japan has no crude oil, South Korea has no rubber and Vietnam has no palm oil. But we have everything of the above but our economy is at the bottom.

Why are our politicians so petty and want to get their two minutes fame with all the petty issues? Look around the countries in our region; where do we stand on the international indices? It is a pathetic situation and we are a laughing stock of the world.
The recent survey of Mundi index says we are the second-most racist country in the world.
Another data collecting centre, Wage Centre, says comparatively with ASEAN countries, our average salary is in 4th position behind Indonesia. Malaysia’s average salary is 565USD while Indonesia’s is 600USD.
Every country is overtaking us while we are quarrelling among ourselves on socks and other issues which can be resolved behind closed doors or the judiciary can take care of it, not politicians with their mob justice.
Recently, I discovered a very interesting fact about Malaysia when compared with other countries. Though only a few countries were compared, it was sufficient enough to tell us where we stand.
Netherlands in Europe do not have mountains, Switzerland has no oceans. Singapore has no rice fields, Indonesia has no mines. Japan has no crude oil, South Korea has no rubber and Vietnam has no palm oil. But we have everything of the above but our economy is at the bottom.
While other countries are developing and making breakthroughs through AI, we are quarelling over socks which is in the first instance not a deliberate act. If you want to save this country, politicians who use race and religion for political expediency must “shut up” and the government must legislate laws to prevent issues like sock-gate from occurring again. This sock-gate has taken on regional dimensions as KK Super Mart with its 881 outlets is a business originating from Sarawak.
If the government is really concerned about the nation, they should have had “nipped it in the bud” rather than wait for it to snowball, while others add fuel to fire, deranging the spirit of all peace-loving Malaysians, giving the impression either the unity Madani government do not have the courage to take immediate action or they too are waiting to gain political mileage from this incident.
