Mat Sabu says Pakatan can topple PM Ismail Sabri anytime

But do not underestimate Mat Sabu. He was once caught red-handed (or ‘caught-wet’) for khalwat in a hotel room with someone’s wife, but the charges were dropped when one of the four required witnesses did a U-turn and said he remembers nothing, after being well-rewarded for his forgetfulness. And under Islamic law, without four witnesses, a crime has not been committed.

NO HOLDS BARRED

“Sekarang kalau kami mahu PM ini juga boleh ditukar. If we want. Tapi kami tak mahu. Kami sudah buat perjanjian persefahaman (MoU) jadilah PM. Buatlah kebaikan untuk rakyat sehingga pilihan raya akan datang,” said Amanah’s president Mohamad Sabu a.k.a. Mat Sabu.

For those who are not aware, Mat Sabu was head of the ‘Team B’ faction in Pas who tried to oust the party president, Tok Guru Abdul Hadi Awang.

This whole thing started nine years ago in 2013 when Anwar Ibrahim asked Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim to ‘donate’ RM100 million to PKR to finance the general election.

Khalid refused because he felt it was immoral and illegal to spend RM100 million of the state government’s money, meaning taxpayers’ money, for party purposes.

Hence started the move to oust Khalid and replace him without someone more malleable and who would follow orders when asked to abuse his power and use government money for party purposes.

First came the ‘Kajang Move’ in 2014 to make Anwar Ibrahim an ADUN so that he can replace Khalid. But Anwar was facing jail for his ‘Sodomy 2.0’ conviction, which meant he could not become the Selangor Menteri Besar.

They then tried to replace Anwar with his wife, Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, but failed to get the consent of the Palace.

Finally, Anwar’s blue-eyed boy cum sidekick, Azmin Ali, got the job.

And they blamed PAS President Tok Guru Hadi for this. PKR and DAP submitted only one name for MB to the Palace, Dr Wan Azizah, while PAS submitted three names, Azmin Ali included.

But then the Palace asked for three names. So PAS was only doing what the Palace wanted. PKR and DAP, however, defied the Palace, and they wanted PAS to also do the same.

Tok Guru Hadi refused to act biadap towards the Palace, like what PKR and DAP did, so they tried to oust him. When that failed, the Team B anti-Hadi group left the party to form a new party called Amanah.

They then closed down Pakatan Rakyat and formed Pakatan Harapan so that they could replace PAS with Amanah as PKR’s and DAP’s coalition partner.

To cut a long story short, Selangor was facing a Constitutional Crisis and PAS or Tok Guru Hadi refused to revolt against the Selangor Palace or against His Highness the Sultan of Selangor.

And Mat Sabu was the anti-Palace or anti-Sultan leader in PAS, and now head of PAS splinter-party Amanah.

Anyway, today, Mat Sabu says Pakatan Harapan can topple prime minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob anytime they want.

Yeah, right, in February 2018 they tried to topple prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and replace him with Anwar Ibrahim. Instead, they ended up toppling their own Pakatan Harapan government after only 22 months in office.

Orang-orang politik ni, bila buka mulut, cerita tentang nak jatuhkan perdana menteri je. Takde benda lain ke dalam otak? Sesekali ceritalah tentang kesusahan rakyat!
