Anyway, Rosli is going to make sure that Puad can no longer bark like a mad dog. And if Puad really feels that Muhyiddin no longer holds the majority in parliament (like what Anwar Ibrahim said today), just ask Umno to leave the government and cross over to Pakatan Harapan. But they must first confirm that Anwar is Umno’s candidate for prime minister or PM9.

And it appears like this is what has happened to Puad Zarkashi, who has been slapped with a court order that forbids him, his associates, his agents, his representatives, etc., from publishing, posting, sharing, republishing, reposting, rehashing, etc., any slander against Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin. And if Puad violates this court order, he will be cited for contempt of court.
Muhyiddin’s lawyer, Rosli Dahlan, is not fooking around. He plans to make Puad an example. And Rosli is not going to hesitate to enforce the court order and get Puad sent to jail if he chooses to be defiant.
Anyway, it is no loss to Umno. In March 2015, Puad was appointed the Director General of JASA and was given an official budget of RM500 million and a slush fund of another RM500 million.
The purpose of JASA, armed with RM1 billion of taxpayers’ money, was to defend Najib Tun Razak, Rosmah Mansor, Umno and Barisan Nasional against the attack from Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad — which had started in December 2014 when Khairuddin Abu Hassan made a police report against 1MDB. A muzzled dog can neither bite nor bark
But it was an utter disaster and money down the drain. Fuad was not able to save Najib, Rosmah, Umno and Barisan Nasional. The counter-propaganda campaign failed so badly that for the first time in 63 years Umno was demolished.
The majority of Malaysians believed that Najib and Rosmah stole RM50 billion of 1MDB’s money (as alleged by Mahathir himself). And the majority of Malaysians believed that the RM2.6 billion donation that Najib said he received from a Saudi prince was actually part of that RM50 billion stolen money.
What did Puad and JASA do to counter these allegations? Just a few weeks before GE14, they organised a roadshow to go round the country to explain the 1MDB issue. That is called doing too little too late — and it looked like this was merely a lame excuse to menegakkan benang basah.
Then they told Najib that Umno does not need any electoral pact with PAS — after talking to PAS for two years about forming an electoral pact. Umno had already agreed to an electoral pact with PAS and at the last minute Najib’s inner circle sabotaged it.

The feedback they gave Najib is that not only can Barisan Nasional win 135 parliament seats without any electoral pact with PAS, but PAS was going to get wiped out in Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah and Perlis and was going to win zero seats.
Umno grumbles that they lost GE14 because of lies, fitnah and false promises by Pakatan Harapan. That may be true, but Umno had more than three years to counter these “lies, fitnah and false promises by Pakatan Harapan”. They had more than three years and a budget/slush fund of RM1 billion to do it. What happened?
What happened is they put Puad in charge of JASA. And now Puad is also in charge of the anti-Muhyiddin campaign. That is why Muhyiddin need not worry. Puad is the man who said you can identify a homosexual from the T-shirt he is wearing. That is a reflection of Puad’s intellectuality, lower than a country bumpkin.
