DAP’s con of the century

Yes, principles. DAP has violated every principle in their playbook. DAP’s principle is: the end justifies the means. DAP’s principle is: the enemy of my enemy is my friend. DAP’s principle is: either you are with me or you are against me. DAP’s principle is: politics is about power, not about ideals and principles. DAP’s principle is: screw principles.

NO HOLDS BARRED

Raja Petra Kamarudin

Former Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Razak soiled and stained Parliament for 90 minutes when he spoke as Barisan Nasional Backbenchers’ Club Chairman on the 2021 Budget yesterday.

In which Parliament of the world would a person who had been convicted on corruption, money-laundering and abuse of power be allowed to speak as a leader of Members of Parliament except in Malaysia? (Lim Kit Siang)

What these DAP leaders say cannot be taken seriously. They are famous for sloganeering and for making statements that suit the flavour of the day. Even in Europe that is so. When the flavour of the day is to support BREXIT because we want to reduce immigration, especially the non-white immigrants, everyone votes BREXIT.

And, today, the flavour of the day is ‘Black Lives Matter’. So, even whites and those who voted BREXIT take to the streets in support of ‘Black Lives’. But then how many ‘Black Lives’ have been lost at sea, drowned as they tried to cross the Channel to enter the UK as illegal immigrants? Do these supporters of ‘Black Lives Matter’ know?

“Black Lives” matter, as long as they stay out of the UK

Yes, if ‘Black Lives’ really matter, no need to talk so much and demonstrate on the streets and spread the Covid-19 disease. Just open the border and let the 40 million ‘Black Lives’ who are waiting to enter Britain come in. Overnight, Britain’s population will increase to 100 million, 50 million who will be on welfare and other government aid, paid for by the British taxpayers.

Talk is cheap. We can say anything as long as we do not need to deliver what we say. And this has been DAP’s forte. As Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said, when they made those ridiculous and unrealistic promises in Pakatan Harapan’s 2018 Election Manifesto, they never thought they were going to win the general election, and hence would not need to deliver those promises.

After forming the government, Pakatan Harapan discovered that even the Zero GST and minyak RM1.50 promises were crazy and could not be done. If they abolish GST, then they need to rob Petronas to make up for the RM40-50 billion shortage in revenue. But if they rob Petronas to make up for the Zero GST, then minyak cannot be reduced to RM1.50, as Petronas will not have the money.

Abolish GST and make Petronas pay for the shortage in revenue

So, how now? What is Pakatan going to do? Now, blame the previous government, of course. Accuse the previous government of spending all the money and that when you made those promises in Pakatan Harapan’s 2018 Election Manifesto you did not realise there was no money because the previous government had spent it all. Hence your failure to deliver your promises is the fault of the previous government.

The problem is, there are many Malaysians who will fall for this spin. And DAP has been playing this perception game very successfully since 1965. After 55 years of constant brainwashing, especially through the vernacular schools, many Malaysians believe what DAP says.

Take Lim Kit Siang’s statement about Najib Tun Razak (above). What is the purpose of that statement? What does Kit Siang hope to achieve? Why keep repeating the same thing over and over again?

Kit Siang wants to give the impression that he and DAP stand on principles. It is not legally wrong for Najib to address Parliament since he is a Member of Parliament, plus he is the Barisan Nasional Backbenchers’ Club (BNBBC) Chairman. But it is wrong in principle since Najib has been convicted of a crime.

Yes, principles. That is what DAP stands for and that is what DAP will defend to the death.

DAP whacked Anwar for the Forex fiasco in 1994 and made him their PM-in-waiting in 1999

Is that so? What happened to principles when DAP accused Anwar Ibrahim of the “crime of the century” involving Bank Negara’s RM31.5 billion Forex loss and, in 1994, demanded that Anwar resign as the Finance Minister, and then, five years later in 1999, supported Anwar as the Prime Minister-in-waiting?

In five years, Anwar turned from political pariah to Malaysia’s saviour.

In 2004, DAP said they will never sit at the same table with PAS, let alone sleep in the same bed with that ‘Taliban’ party, and then, four years later in 2008, DAP went to bed with PAS by forming Pakatan Rakyat.

Malaysia’s “Mugabe” became DAP’s Prime Minister on point of principle

Kit Siang and DAP said Mahathir is Malaysia’s Mugabe and the first thing they are going to do if they ever form the government will be to arrest Mahathir, throw him into jail, and throw away the key. Instead, in 2018, they made Mahathir DAP’s Prime Minister.
