Matthias shatters the myth of Muhyiddin’s “backdoor” government

So, there you have it, the real story about what happened on 21st February 2020, 24th February 2020 and 1st March 2020. Hence, according to Mahathir adviser Matthias Chang, Muhyiddin Yassin is not a “backdoor” prime minister and Perikatan Nasional is not a “backdoor” government, as the DAP-Pakatan Harapan people keep saying.

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Raja Petra Kamarudin

Pakatan Harapan funded websites such as Sarawak Report, Malaysia Chronicle, Malaysiakini, etc., are fond of playing on words, phrases and labels. That is how they condition the minds of the readers the way the Nazis of Germany used to brainwash their citizens into believing that Germans were a master-race.

Organisations such as Boko Haram, Islamic State, ISIS, and so on, apply the same method on Muslims to turn them into brainless fanatics. That is why many of these people not only appear illogical and irrational but are downright senseless in their ideology and actions. Ever wonder why the Pakatan Harapan supporters are equally crazy?

Pakatan Harapan tries to claim the moral high ground by referring to Najib Tun Razak, Umno and Barisan Nasional as kleptocrats. This is what Wikipedia says about the matter:

“Kleptocracy (from Greek κλέπτης kléptēs, “thief”, κλέπτω kléptō, “I steal”, and -κρατία -kratía from κράτος krátos, “power, rule”) is a government with corrupt leaders (kleptocrats) that use their power to exploit the people and natural resources of their own territory in order to extend their personal wealth and political powers. Typically, this system involves embezzlement of funds at the expense of the wider population.”

Did Malaysia become a kleptocracy only since 3rd April 2009?

Yes, it seems that is what Malaysia was since Najib (Umno and Barisan Nasional) took over as Prime Minister or PM6 on 3rd April 2009.

So, does that mean before 3rd April 2009 Malaysia was not a kleptocracy? That appears to be what Pakatan Harapan is saying. Malaysia became a kleptocracy only when Najib took over as PM6 on 3rd April 2009. Before that Malaysia had no corruption and no leaders stole any of the taxpayers’ money and the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA or BPR), later called the MACC (SPRM), never arrested and charged a single person for corruption, embezzlement or abuse of power.

Yes, that is how Pakatan Harapan spins the story. If they do not say Malaysia became a kleptocracy only when Najib took over as PM6 on 3rd April 2009, and instead say Malaysia became a kleptocracy after Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad took over as PM4 in 1981, then DAP would be hard-pressed to explain why it is in bed with Mahathir and many ex-Umno leaders such as Tun Daim Zainuddin, Anwar Ibrahim, Azmin Ali, Muhyiddin Yassin, and many more.

The problem is, for 50 years DAP had been screaming that Umno and Barisan Nasional are corrupt. From before Mahathir took over as Prime Minister in 1981, DAP had been telling Malaysians that Umno and Barisan Nasional are robbing the taxpayers.

Mahathir became “born again” when he became DAP’s Prime Minister

They accused Tun Dr Mahathir, Tun Daim and Anwar Ibrahim of stealing RM31.5 billion of Bank Negara’s money to play the FOREX market. Then DAP said Anwar lied to parliament when he denied the allegation. The following year, Anwar admitted that Bank Negara had indeed lost money playing the FOREX market but the amount is just RM8 billion, not RM31.5 billion, and it is only a “paper loss”. Then they tried to cover this loss by “selling” Malaysian Airlines and practically bankrupt the airlines when it lost RM8 billion. So, the losses increased to about RM40 billion (and MAS is still on the verge of bankrupcy until today, more than 20 years later).

Lim Kit Siang then promised that the first thing they will do once Umno-Barisan Nasional have been kicked out is they will arrest Mahathir, Daim and Anwar and will send them to jail for the rest of their lives. That promise ended up just like Pakatan Harapan’s 2018 Election Manifesto, which Mahathir said is not the Bible so does not need to be followed (and which they were not serious about anyway since they did not think they would win GE14).

The thing about all these Pakatan Harapan people, in particular DAP, is they are very good at pretending they did not say all these things and avoid talking about them. They “make dono” and try to focus on other people’s “mistakes” and “crimes” so that they appear noble and others appear crooked. It is like a lanun accusing someone of being a penyamun. But then Pakatan Harapan and DAP know that their supporters will believe anything you tell them, just like how the Germans used to believe the Nazi propaganda.

Mahathir and Anwar pretended to love each other for two years and then “exploded” and collapsed the Pakatan Harapan government on 24th February 2020

To cover up their mistake of Friday, 21st February 2020, Pakatan Harapan is spinning the “Muhyiddin Yassin is a backdoor prime minister” and “Perikatan Nasional is a backdoor government” story. This is so that it would not appear like Pakatan Harapan blundered but that Pakatan Harapan is a victim of an illegal or unconstitutional “palace-backed coup”.

This is DAP’s forte, playing the victim. DAP will play the race card and then scream they are a victim of racial politics. This is just like that Terengganu Religious Department official back in the 1980s who lodged a police report in Dungun, Terengganu, alleging he had been gang-raped by four women (one of the Malay women who was the girlfriend of a Chinese police inspector).

Yes, strange as that story may sound, it did happen (Terengganu people above 60 can remember that story, which was reported in the East Coast edition of the Malay newspaper). So, what’s so strange about DAP the rapist screaming about being the rape victim?

But Matthias Chang, Mahathir’s adviser and one-time political secretary, has already revealed the truth about how and why the Pakatan Harapan government collapsed in this posting: Matthias Chang Reveals Mahathir’s Political Blunder And “Grave Mistake”.

Matthias reveals how and why the Pakatan Harapan government collapsed

In that posting, Matthias said:

My advice to Khairuddin is that he better read every word published on the reasons given by Tun M why he had to resigned inter alia, that he wanted to keep his promise to the power-hungry Anwar (obsessed to be PM) because of the alleged pressures from his colleagues. Then, days later, the flip flop that Anwar wanted to be DPM and more flip flops that Anwar is not fit to be PM etc. Holy smoke!!! From an experienced politician?

Khairuddin should explain as the corner man for Tun, why the pretence and WAYANG KULIT for nearly two years that Tun and Anwar were buddies but simultaneously sharpening their swords to destroy each other for power. For sure, I refuse to indulge in such filthy politics and for sure I will turn my back on such sordid politics.

This kind of trash is not the experience that any decent and honest person would like to have. Period!

Then another flip flop – the unbecoming and uncouth attack on the decision of none other than the AGONG for appointing Tan Sri Muhyiddin as PM. But, ironically Tun accepted the AGONG’s decision that he be appointed as Interim PM.

Even a schoolboy would laugh or snigger that if one has vehemently resigned as a matter of principle and agreed as a matter of principle to be ONLY AN INTERIM PM, how can anyone flip and flop and demand an audience with the AGONG for the sole purpose of convincing the AGONG that he NOW WANTS TO BE PM AGAIN. This is new Bollywood theatre!

This goes to the root as to why Tun M has lost all his credibility. It was a rather painful sight to behold and I had said it many times. Fell on deaf ears.

Adding insult to injury, Tun echoing the PH chorus, vehemently vilified Agong’s appointment of Muhyiddin and his government as a “Backdoor Government”. But, all the 222 MPs were interviewed by the AGONG and expressly agreed to be bound by any decision of the AGONG. This is on public record. (READ MORE HERE).
