Guan Eng is saying Mahathir is the real Attorney-General
Pakatan Harapan claims in the ‘New’ Malaysia there is ‘separation of powers’ between the Executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary (unlike during the time of Najib Tun Razak). Then Guan Eng says if he were Prime Minister he would reopen investigations into the five high-profile murders. So, it is the PM and not the AG who runs the judiciary then.

Lim Guan Eng said if Barisan Nasional had won GE14 then Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad would have been sent to jail for the crimes he committed.
If Mahathir is sent to jail it cannot be because of who won or who lost the general election. It can only be because of the crimes he commits.
Is Guan Eng saying Mahathir has committed many crimes? If Mahathir has not committed any crime then how can he be sent to jail never mind whether Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Harapan is in power?

Guan Eng is also suggesting that the judiciary is corrupt and that the judges are crooked. This is a crime of contempt of court because Guan Eng is saying the judiciary and judges are dishonest and that they would jail an innocent person — unless Guan Eng is saying that Mahathir is NOT innocent.
So, is Mahathir innocent or guilty and is the judiciary corrupt and the judges crooked that they would send an innocent man like Mahathir to jail (if Barisan Nasional had won GE14)?
Yesterday, Guan Eng said if he were the Prime Minister he would reopen the five high-profile murder cases.

Actually, there are more than five murder cases that require reinvestigation, many of them involving people who died in police custody.
Over the last 30 years, more than 500 people have been killed while under custody, many of these cases not properly investigated or explained. So why does Guan Eng want to reopen investigations into only five murders? What about the other 500? Why does Guan Eng not care about the 500 people who were killed while under custody?
In the first place, does Guan Eng even know how many people were killed while under custody and the names and background of these people?
Guan Eng does not care about the 500 people killed while under custody. Guan Eng just cares about the five. And he wants to reopen these five murder cases so that he can pin the blame on Najib Tun Razak.

So, Guan Eng does not really care about these five murdered people. He just cares about how these murders can be used or exploited to hurt Najib. If the murders cannot hurt Najib then Guan Eng does not care whether it is 500 or 5,000 murders.
