Shafie’s party name, logo approved, to be called ‘Parti Warisan Sabah’

(NST) – The Registrar of Societies (RoS) has approved the logo and name for a revived political party to be helmed by former Umno vice president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal.

This was confirmed by Penampang MP Darell Leiking, who quit PKR to join Shafie’s party.

“The announcement of the name of the party will be made by the RoS in Putrajaya today.

“It will be known as Parti Warisan Sabah or WARISAN for short,” he said when contacted.

The former PKR vice president will be present during Shafie’s official announcement in Putrajaya.
