Why so scared of the Umno-PAS friendship?

But the most important question we need to ask is: what is wrong if Umno and PAS cooperate for the sake of the Malays and Islam? Is that a crime? Has the Quran listed that as one of the sins? In fact, the Quran forbids Muslims from taking kafirs as allies. Islam wants Muslims and Muslims to unite as one ummah. And that is what Umno and PAS are doing, precisely what Allah wants them to do. So to hell with kafir like Ambiga and DAP.

There are no friends in politics. And, no, that is not a line I invented. That is the doctrine of Niccolò Machiavelli. According to Machiavelli, the end justifies the means (matlamat menghalalkan cara). Sun Tzu further says, deception is part of the art of war. And, according to Islam, deception is allowed in times of war.

So there you have it. Those are the ground rules set by the grandmasters of the art of war through the ages. And I am but a mere student of these grandmasters.

Oh, and by the way, many Muslims might resent me saying this, and may even demand my head on a pike, but Prophet Muhammad was as much a grandmaster of politics and war as, say, Niccolò Machiavelli and Sun Tzu.

Niccolò Machiavelli said the end justifies the means and Islam says deception is allowed in war

The trouble with most Muslims (in particular Malays) is they just study the history of the theologian Muhammad. Muhammad was more than just a theologian. Okay, to Muslims, Muhammad was a Prophet or Messenger of God (Allah). But that was just one side of Muhammad. Muhammad was also a military strategist, political strategist, propagandist, jurist, law-giver, administrator, economist, taxman, etc. You name it and Muhammad was it.

And that is what made Muhammad different from Abraham, Moses and Jesus, also all prophets of God — together with Joseph and many more (25 in total are named in the Quran). The others had only one mission, to preach the word of God to their own people. Muhammad’s mission was to unite the 360 plus warring Arab tribes, each with their own religion, and unite those 360 plus religions into just one under the umbrella of Islam.

In short, you needed a genius to achieve this, especially if you know what Arabs are like, the worst creatures on earth.

Sun Tzu said said deception is the art of war and you must win the war even before it begins

Today, Ambiga Sreenevasan said Pakatan Harapan’s defeat in the recent Cameron Highlands by-election was due to the failure of its component parties to work effectively together. (READ HERE).

Just four parties — PKR, DAP, PPBM and Amanah — and they find it hard to unite under one umbrella. Muhammad had to unite more than 360 Arab tribes that for more than 1,000 years had been killing one another. And worse of all, Muhammad had to make them abandon their old religions of thousands of years (more than 360 of them) and adopt Islam as their new religion.

Now, to achieve this, Muhammad had to become very unconventional. Conventional methods just would not work. Muhammad had to be Niccolò Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, Nelson Mandela, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great, Kublai Khan, Genghis Khan, and many more, all in one.

Muhammad was the best general, strategist and politician of all time and his empire remains and continues to grow

Yes, Muhammad was the best of them all. The Greek, Roman, German, British, Mongolian, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, etc., empires have all disappeared. Okay, maybe the Roman Empire re-emerged in the shape of the Holy Roman Empire. But Christianity’s hold is declining and gay marriages and gay priests are now halal (making a mockery of the Bible and Christianity). Islam, however, is still growing.

And this is what people like Ambiga and writers such as Tajuddin Rasdi (READ HERE) are worried about. They are worried that Umno and PAS are working together and that by using Islam as a platform Pakatan Harapan is losing the war for the hearts and minds of the Malays.

These Pakatan Harapan lackeys and minions are screaming that Umno and PAS are using race (meaning the Ketuanan Melayu platform) and religion (meaning the Ketuanan Islam platform) to win the war for the hearts and minds of the Malays.

Why does this frighten Pakatan Harapan?

Hello, brader, sista, Umno has always used Ketuanan Melayu (since 1946) and PAS has always used Ketuanan Islam (since 1951) as their political platforms. Why only now make so much noise and get your knickers all twisted into knots?

Let me answer that question for you. In that past, Umno’s Ketuanan Melayu clashed with PAS’s Ketuanan Islam. Umno’s Ketuanan Melayu was on the opposite side of the coin to PAS’s Ketuanan Islam. Umno’s Ketuanan Melayu was diagonally opposite to PAS’s Ketuanan Islam. Today, both Umno’s Ketuanan Melayu and PAS’s Ketuanan Islam are on the same side of the coin.

That is why they are so worried.

Umno and PAS will still be friends long after Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Lim Kit Siang are no longer friends

Yes, both Umno and PAS are now in the same boat. When in the past Umno was rowing its own boat called Ketuanan Melayu and PAS was rowing another boast called Ketuanan Islam, today Umno and PAS and both in the same boat called Ketuanan Melayu-Islam and are rowing together (and two rowers are better than one — you go faster).

And that is why these Pakatan Harapan people are scared and are grumbling. A combination of Umno and PAS is a very potent combination. DAP and PKR (even with PPBM and Amanah included) cannot beat an Umno-PAS combination.

Oh, by the way, the PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang has agreed to an out-of-court settlement with Clare Rewcastle Brown of Sarawak Report and the Pakatan Harapan people are celebrating this ‘victory’. The fact that Hadi has backed down must be proof that the allegation is true or that Clare has evidence to prove that former Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak paid PAS RM90 million.

Islam demands that the ummah unite

If PAS had received RM90 million from Najib do you think by now the MACC would not have called Hadi in for his statement to be recorded? Hadi would probably even be facing charges of money laundering (since the RM90 million was allegedly paid ‘under the table’). The fact that the MACC has not pounced on Hadi and PAS means the allegation is not true. If not, the MACC would not have allowed this opportunity to bang one more nail into Najib’s coffin to go to waste.

It no longer matters whether Clare Rewcastle Brown wants to accuse PAS and Umno of an ‘unholy alliance’. Before the GE14 in May 2018 it mattered because at grassroots level the Umno and PAS members were not ready for marriage. Today, the grassroots of PAS and Umno have no objections of any electoral pact between PAS and Umno.

Yes, it is not a merger between PAS and Umno. It is not even an official coalition. It is just an electoral pact. Hence it is not really a marriage as much as ‘going dating’ with no sex involved. So, what is wrong with that? PAS and Umno no longer need to deny that once in a while they go to the movies or go for dinner. But no sex orgies like in Pakatan Harapan where everyone is bonking everyone and boys bonk boys and girls bonk girls.

Whether PAS and Umno become friends depends on the grassroots, not on the leaders

So why waste RM5 million fighting a case in a London court? It no longer matters whether people believe Najib paid PAS RM90 million or not. If Najib did pay PAS RM90 million the MACC would have grabbed Hadi many months ago.

Do you think the MACC did not investigate the allegation in case there is something they can use to nail Najib? Yes, the MACC did investigate the allegation and found nothing. That is why the MACC kept quiet and said nothing. If not, there would have been 25 press conferences regarding the matter.
