RAJA SARA PETRA

I believe in a multi-racial Malaysia and support multi-racial political parties such as Gerakan;

I believe in freedom of thought, speech and belief but cultural and religious sensitivities need to be respected;

I believe Islam is the religion of the Federation and that all other religions are free to be practiced by those who are not Muslims;

I believe that Bahasa Malaysia is the National Language of the Federation and that all other languages are free to be used in the education system;

I believe in separation of powers between the Executive, Legislature, Judiciary and Monarchy;

I believe in the independence of Parliament, the Judiciary, the AG’s Chambers and all other branches of government such as the PDRM and MACC;

I believe in transparency and good governance and oppose nepotism and cronyism;

I oppose selective prosecution and any form of persecution and discrimination;

I believe the ‘New’ Malaysia of Pakatan Harapan is not able to deliver all that I have said above.
