MACC officers retrieving suspended FGV chief’s documents
(The Star) – Officers from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission have arrived at the Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) headquarters here to retrieve documents belonging to its suspended chief executive officer Datuk Zakaria Arshad.
The documents are linked to investigations into alleged improprieties involving the company.
Four uniformed MACC officers arrived around 10am and were escorted by auxiliary police to level 45 of Menara Felda, where the FGV headquarters is located.
At least a dozen more uniformed officers arrived several minutes later and were also escorted up.
On Wednesday, Zakaria spent four hours at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya to assist in the probe concerning irregularities concerning Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of FGV.
