(The Star) – PKR unveiled its five key promises with an 18-point roadmap, with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim conspicuously missing from the state election manifesto.

The party promised to reduce the cost of living by abolishing the Goods and Services Tax (GST), build infrastructure on par with the Peninsula, restore native customary rights (NCR) land and Sarawak’s autonomy rights and to fight for 20% oil royalty.
It also presented PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and deputy president Datuk Seri Azmin Ali as proof that the party was capable of governing Selangor.
The booklet also highlighted successful projects worth over RM2mil by PKR between 2013 and this year.
The manifesto was unveiled by party vice-president Dr Xavier Jayakumar, state vice-secretary Lynette Tan, state vice-chairman See Chee How, who is also the Batu Lintang candidate, and Batu Kitang candidate Voon Shiak Ni.
PKR has said that it will not withdraw any of its candidates from the six seats where it is clashing with DAP.
