Kasitah Gaddam insists not joining PKR
(Bernama) – Former land and co-operative development minister Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam has dismissed allegations that he is one of several Sabah leaders who will join Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).
“It is not true at all that I intend to join any opposition party,” he said when contacted by Bernama today.
He was asked to comment on newspaper and news portal reports naming him as one of several Sabah leaders who would join opposition parties.
Describing the report as inaccurate, Kasitah, who is the former MP for Kinabalu (now Ranau), said he was surprised how such a report could emerge when no reporter had talked to him.
“I will continue my struggle with Umno-Barisan Nasional for the sake of the future of the people of Sabah,” he said.
