MY-Malaysia website now in the museum, what is happening to Muhyiddin?
Malaysia’s deputy prime minister, Muhyiddin Yassin, launched his official website, MY-Malaysia, with much fanfare two months ago. Bernama, the state news agency, even ran an article a few days later, proclaiming “DPM’s My-Malaysia Website Gets Over 7000 Visitors”, not that 7,000 visitors is of any significance in Internet terms. But now the website returns a plain white page with the small message “Not Available!” at the top left corner.

I first noticed this as early as one month ago when Tian Chua and Tony Pua tweeted about it:

Back then I thought it could be just a transient phenomenon. As a long-time Internet professional, I know how easy it is for a website to have such a hiccup. But no, how wrong was I then, as one month later, the same “Not Available” page continues. The site has conspicuously gone into the museum, in other words.
