Sheikh Niza had to do what was necessary to pin this rap on Ahmad Sarbaini. There was no turning back now. They had already committed themselves and so they had to make this ‘Malaysian Book of Records’ case stick, by hook or by crook if necessary. Sheikh Niza summoned Ahmad Sarbaini back to the MACC KL Office to give a second Cautioned Statement as below. This order was done verbally and there was no written notice issued, as what should have normally been done.

NO HOLDS BARRED

tbh's was a loyal commission of iniquity. what else could it have been? he was so pressured that he jumped ... that's the same as saying he was murdered. and for a royal commission, paid for by taxpayers' money and headed by NO LESS THAN A SITTING FEDERAL JUDGE, to come to that conclusion! my fish woman in (name any wet market you prefer) would have done better, cheaper, faster. i do pity all those who have to face a judge like that. as for the rest of the rci, they are history - bad history.
sabani's will be another fairy tale: macc's lawyer has already advanced the view that sabani wanted to leave the macc building and thought it would be nice to just hop out the pantry window to the landing below. now, which 54 year old, on the verge of retirement, could you expect to do something like that? not anyone reasonably matured and sane. of course nobody in macc would fall under this category, but maybe wind-headed lawyers who make it a practice representing govt and umno would?

I believe RPK anytime rather than MACC or govt!!

Why?

Even RCI findings show the 3 torturers of TBH caused his death, they were not suspended or sacked. Action will only be taken after another lengthy investigation. So in the meantime people who act like thugs and tortured people in the name of justice are allowed free reign to continue to terrorise witnesses?

It shows the utter INSINCERITY of the govt!! In the first place these people should immediately be suspended pending investigations.MACC procedures should be properly enforced b4 another life like Ahmad Sarbaini's be lost.

The utter lack of discipline upon the perpetrators on TBH's injustice shows the govt actually condoned these acts to oppress the opposition and further strengthen the people's perception that so long the victims are of opposition the govt "allow" such violence..

If you continue to allow thugs and bullies to run MACC and your govt institutions there will be more of such victims and you are only digging your own GRAVE faster. Because in the end you are committing injustice against your own people and one day they wise RISE UP and say ,"ENOUGH is ENOUGH."

Justice for Ahmad Sarbaini!!
Justice for Teoh Beng Hock!! (May the whole RCI and their appointer G-T-H)

Trust you the Renegade PK, wearer of the Kommunist Mao Hat, to tell more lies about our grate deumnocracy. About the suicide-that-cannot-decide victim Ahmad Sarbani’s death: You accuse MACC of lies and deceptions. MACC does not need deception to lie about anything. They just straight out honestly lie. So please don't create trouble again by you lying about their deceptive lying. They are absolutely honest in the practice of lying, even though the quality of their lying might not be as powerfully Divine as my Qur'4n sworn specie$, but then I am the Ailah Cho$en 1One. But I digre$$,,, Al-tantuyah-lah by the power of my C4, Semua-nya OK!

We certainly are living in the waning days of a stupid but murderous kleptocratic Government. Staffed by the sleazeball liars, thieves, murders, rapist, foolishness this nation could shove into the present Government.

Two of these brutes were actually scions of previous ruling families.... but that obviously is no guarantee, alas, of quality leadership.

NVM Precedence has been set - the inquest shall rule based on the TBH RCI Sarbani committed suicide due to the gruelling interrogation by MACC!!
My apologies to Sarbani's family, this is not meant to belittle him , my heart ached for his family as with TBH's family but the reality at the moment is that our fascist government can pretty much decide to do what they want!!
All checks and balances available to the ordinary rakyat in a normal democracy had been dismantled by that uncrowned king, dictator[may he rot in hell for eternity]!!

The fate of Ahmad Sarbaini is the fate awaiting all Malaysians. The Malays and the rest of the Scumbag-Non-Malays who support BN and UMNO are convinced that no harm will come to them as they have the protection of UMNO as Godfather and the other government agencies such as the PDRM, MACC,AG, etc as their henchmen. The greed for wealth and power has made these corrupt people to even murder. Today Malaysia is gripped by the culmination of all the wrong and egocentric policies that started after 1969. The corrupt have now got a strong foothold on the system, believing they are invincible. Thus their daring to even resort to murder. So where is our children's future? The answer is simple, WALK OUT AND JOIN THE PEOPLE WHO WANT CHANGE. PROTEST, PROTEST, PROTEST. VOTE BN OUT, OUT, OUT.

Believe it or Not !! $$$ !! This is Bolehland at it's greatest height of civilisation .......

.......... British daily The Sun reported that the 31m History Supreme is owned by a Malaysian businessman who paid 3bil (RM14.5bil) for it. Comparatively, the world's biggest private yacht, the 164m Eclipse owned by Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich costs only RM3.65bil.

The Sun also reported that the History Supreme is made out of 100 tonnes of gold and platinum, which cover more than half its surface, and the base of the vessel is wrapped in gold. The daily said the yacht's features, including the deck, dining area, rails and anchor, are all made from precious metals............

The last time a big time tycoon quietly ( or diam diam ) took out suitcases upon suitcases of RM 1000 notes in his private jet out of bolehland. It was probably worth RM 3 billion of paper currency notes. So difficult as it needs a plane and then have to cart it around the around airports to eventually store in a swiss bank vault or under the bed or whatever. Then have to wait for cash-converter-shop to open to transform the stolen goods into real spending money.

Now the crooks are getting smarter all the time. Why not build a vessel made of gold ?? Sure beats all the hassles of transportation and storage of the cash and loot. Just take a helicopter ride out to the yacht and sail off into the sunset - all onboad. But please don't leave home without the big blue rock surrounded by 414 little rocks. Who would want to rob you while onboard your yacht?? Employ the Somali pirates as body guards around the yacht in the indian ocean. One could literally live in the luxury and opulence of golden surrounding well into the sunset years In internationally safe but pirate infested waters out off the reach of any laws of any country. Need some cash ? Just sell off the gold and silver dining cutlery and platinum toilet water taps. No need to store anything in the swiss vaults and risk the foreign government freezing the assets. Can sail into Argentina or even Mongolia for a holiday with the whole damn loot and live happily after.

If death is not due to homicide or suicide, the 3rd possibility is 'natural death.' A person whose time is up, will just collapse due to organ failures, such as heart, kidney, etc. What did the autopsy tell us, in the case of Ahmad Sarbani death? Surely the doctor who performed such autopsy will not just come out with the 'dubious' statement: 'neither suicide nor homicide'. This is crap, man! So was an autopsy done on Allahyarham Ahmad Sarbani? Why accept a dubious, crappy, verdict that we have heard? I am flabbergasted with what is going on in the inquiries. Let's have some sanity, please!

The ordinary citizen who was forced into making statement taking "wang ehsan" of between RM30 to RM200 was investigated "sampai mati" by the MACC. Ordinary citizen who was accused of taking RM2,400 to buy flags was also investigated "sampai mati". Both being murdered, thrown out of the window to extract forced false information.

But when it comes to the UMNO's numero uno who stole RM half billion kick-back "commission", nothing was being done by the lapdog MACC. To insult the public like rubbing salt to the wound, the self-proclaimed "First Lady" can still buy RM73 million diamond ring using the looted "commission" money. Still, those sons of bitches in MACC do nothing despite a police report being made.

And talking about flags again. . ., UMNO did not even pay for the flags they took from a contractor amounting to several million RM. For TBH, the buying flag thing was investigated sampai mati!

Isn't all this disgusting . .? Still want to keep this thieving murderous regime?

The really corrupt customs officers can afford to pay MACC off. They are still continuing in their banned fireworks, cigarette/ alcohol smuggling plus exporting of stolen vehicles. I know as my cousin were offered a job to distribute these products, which he wisely rejected.
The mastermind are the retired custom officers, who team up with smugglers, as their pension is deemed insufficient.

The financial state of Sarbani shows just how indebted these ordinary people are due to Malaysia high taxes imposed on cars of foreign make. A second hand honda, which is financed for 6 years. The car valued at RM70k is probably ten years old. Brand new Honda CRV in Thailand is sold for about RM100k. This high import duty imposed on imported makes itself is against human rights, as it enslave the rakyat to debt. And the owners of banks and the politicians are laughing themselves to hell for working hand in hand in debt slavery.

Just for an alleged bribe of RM100 per month, they killed a man! As RPK alludes, these MACC dogs had to do this then as a means to divert attention from MACC officer Ashraf watching pornography on the night he supposed to be interrogating Teoh Beng Hock...These scumbags must be lined up and eliminated all together....
