(The Star) - A PAS member, who said he is a big supporter of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, has lodged a police report over two video clips that purportedly show a naked man resembling the Opposition Leader.
One of the two three-second clips shows the man putting on his clothes, while the other features a close-up of the man’s face.
Ramli Md Ismail, 59, from the Jelutong PAS division, said he received the video on his cellphone at 10.40pm on Sunday.
“I was shocked. It was from a number I’m not familiar with.
“I’m not sure whether they are old or new clips,” he said after lodging his report in Patani Road here yesterday.
He urged the police to carry out a thorough investigation on the identity of the man in the clips.
“I’m a big supporter of Anwar but I am disappointed by the clips, with the man who greatly resembles him,” said Ramli, a bus driver.
