(The Malaysian Insider) - An Utusan Malaysia editor said today that Muslim primary schoolchildren are being taught about Jesus by Christian youths aiming to convert them, which is illegal under Malaysian law.

Its assistant chief editor Datuk Zaini Hassan wrote in his column today that poor Malay children living in squatters along Jalan Klang Lama.

Lama were singing “Yes, I know Jesus loves me” and reciting the story of Jesus Christ’s crucifixion in their primary school.

He said that an Indian teacher from the school, known only as Cikgu S, had informed him Malay children were being given free English classes by young Christian evangelists every Sunday.

“To me, what is happening in these tuition classes is a subtle move. It is not done out of fun,” he wrote in the Umno-owned newspaper today, adding that the same was true of a dinner held in Damansara Utama Methodist Church (DUMC) last week.

The Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) was accused of raiding and interrupting a thanksgiving dinner held by a local NGO but the religious authority said that it was acting on a complaint that 12 Muslims were being proselytised at the event.

“This is not a coincidence but planned in detail,” Zaini added.

In his Cuit column in the Umno-owned daily, he said that Cikgu S told him how the students from Standard One to Six “could sing with vigour songs that praise Jesus.”

“They can even tell stories about Jesus including how he was crucified,” he quoted Cikgu S as saying.

How about singing Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle all the way... Does that make one a christian? So, how about Utusan Malaysia staff taking over the teaching of English to these kids at Jln Klang Lama? Maybe the standard of English will rise, huh?

Jealously and hatred, I can see that in their eyes. All this while, Christians have been blamed for converts and sort of things. Why? Because they are scared of EVERYTHING. Duh.

Totally bullshits! Who defend us when Christians have been humiliated? None, because we say-Never mine, let god forgives you. But how about them? Making police reports and blah blah blah..so not growing up.

Lies! Lies!LIes! Utusan never fails its duty to spread lies!!! It is so easy to frame Christians nowadays. If a Muslim friend hated me and wanted to set me up, all he could do is to walk to JAIS and claimed that I gave him a copy of Bible which canbe bought anywhere. That's it. I will be done for!!!
Now it looks like Utusan is trying to whip up Malay supports by just spreading all types of lies about Christian,

If you guys think that the Muslims authorities are bad , corrupt as many would talk here , cant even take care of the poor , would you guys not agree that the children follow Jesus and become helpers of the poor like the Christian youths ,when they are grown up?

Its illegal , yes we agree, but is loving the hungry and poor illegal also? If not what kind of law is that in the first place? Its time Muslims think about this and the works of Utusan and Jais or Islamic authorities.

Is not Jesus also a prophet of the Muslims? So what's wrong with praising Jesus?
The Christians believed that Jesus was crucified , died on the cross and rose again on the third day. While the Muslims believed Allah replaced Jesus on the cross with someone else. So, if the Christians saw and believed it 2000 years ago till now and there are more Christians than Muslims, why would God do that?
I am not proselytizing, for I myself cannot convert but God alone , but just putting forth questions and debating. .

Paranoia or fanning racial tension?

Teaching Islam to non-Muslim is call history lessons. Teaching history of religions to Muslim is call converting. Religious bigotry at its worst, Islam the religion was hijacked, distorted and abused by UMNO's Muslim bigots.

This is diverting the JAIS issue. After all this time JAIS still cannot come out with a report on the raid.

If Utusan says these Muslim school children are being converted, then they got to be responsible for the news. They cannot quote one Cikgu S, they have to do their own investigation because this is a sensitive news. MSMs are being too eager to support the government blindly.

Just a diversion, very often, many people use the phrase 'it is illegal because it is against the Malaysian law'. Really? Can they actually quote the section of the law to us? Looks like if they don't agree with you, what you do and say is against the law.

Another shot at stoking the religious tensions!!
When will these religious bigots realise that when u play with a fire like that, u may not be able to control and direct the flames u want it to!!
But , perhaps this is the game plan!!
After all, this Utusan shit chap is but a mouthpiece of the UMNOputras. they are probably preparing the grounds so that they can unleash their security units to grab power should they lose political power after GE13!!

An Utusan Malaysia editor said today that Non-muslim primary schoolchildren are being taught about Islam by UMNO leaders aiming to convert them, which is illegal under Malaysian law.

Yes, we are aware as non-muslim schoolchirlden are forced to sing school songs and state songs which glorify God. Those who refused are said to be non respectful to the tatanegara dan state.

I totally agreed with Utusan Malaysia editor that many non-muslim students are unconsciously being taught to be converted even though they are underaged.

Very soon they will say that Christians are converting the cats too...and we will convert the children to repeat and say that Jews are pigs, Christians are infidels and the rest of the world is kafir. We will teach the young girls to please and be obedient to the husband at all times and that marrying 4 or more is alright as the prophet had. Maybe even marrying at 9 years old will be ok tribal or modern as it is happening today. We will brainwash them that they cannot mix with the rest of the kafir world that the Americans are syaitan and the Jews must be killed at all costs. We will start to train them young to hold rifles and guns..and we will collect donations from all over the world for this. We will use the Arab approach so that all of them are Arabized and are stuck on going to Mecca for the forgiveness of sins and to throw stones at the devil. For so is the Muslim world kowtowing to the Arabs..as we will say...money flowing into Arabia..whcih ever way you look..through the use of Islam..

Datuk Zaini,

Address these issues first;
1. How come none of Mummy Bollywood Sharizat's Lembaga Kebajikan Masyarakat staff are on the ground at Jalan Kelang lama to see the plight of the poor Malays (even Indians and Chinese too)? This is the problem when the incompetent PeeM appoint an equally incompetent and unelected person to the cabinet!

2. Where is the Zakat agency's staff? Why are they not helping the poor Malays in Jalan Kelang lama? Are they busy counting money to renovate their offices and buying new laptops for their staff again?

3. Why are UMNO goons stealing money from the poor Malays? And now you are complaining, whining and ranting that the other ethnic group are helping the poor Malays.

Bodoh punya Datuk. . ., no wonder you are fit only to be the Utusan editor!
