MAIS has got no jurisdiction to tell any non muslim what to do. Teo and all Malaysians citizens can go to any mosque whenever they want. No one can tell a non muslim what they can or cannot do. However etiquette and decorum must be observed in any premises. That would be a function of the police to maintain public order and prevent nuisances. And not any religious body.

If these instructions came from the sultan, than His Highness has erred in law. He has overestimated his powers. We shall remind him then.
