By Paul Raj
I have decided not to support Pakatan Rakyat on three very important grounds.
First of all, as a civil servant, my rice bowl is at stake since DAP leader Mr Tony Pua has annouced that Pakatan will cut nearly 40% jobs in the civil service. Despite Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim saying that it is not true, DAP and its top leaders have not denied Mr Tony Pua's statement. Compared with the Barisan Nasional under Datuk Seri Najib which has extended the civil servants' tenure to age 60 and gave much monetary benifits to civil servants, DAP wants to sack 40% of us! How can we civil servants support such a party? If what Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said is true, that what Mr Tong Pua said is not true, then to show their sincerity, DAP must apologise to civil servants publicly, and promise not to field Mr Tony Pua as a candidate for the 13th general election. Otherwise, we will campaign against DAP candidates.
Secondly, PAS is insisting on achieving its Islamic state with the implementation of hudud. Can Christians honestly support Pakatan in view of this? Even Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has publicly supported hudud. It is too risky for Christians to support PAS, unless the party publicly promises that it will not implement Islamic law when Pakatan comes to power. DAP leaders like Mr Lim Guan Eng has been defending PAS, and keeping quiet on various PAS actions like banning a cinema in Bangi, and calling for the banning of Elton's concert. We cannot support Pakatan as it is too dangarous.
Thirdlly, the credibility of many Pakatan candidates are questionable. There are still DAP people who object to wearing songkoks at official functions, although they are prepared to wear hats and Japanese baseball caps. When Ms Hannah Yeoh wore the tudung during Hari Raya, she was attacked by DAP leaders and members. Also, DAP leaders are not that clean after all, they practise cronyism and nepotism, and some are corrupt too. DAP says they champion human rights and press freedom, yet Mr Lim Guan Eng bans Utusan in Penang. How can Christians support these hypocrits?
For us, it is better to stay with Barisan which has shown that it can change and will give us a good life. Pakatan just talks and never delivers. Like Mr George Khoo has said before, DAP does not even care for the veteran leaders who build up the party, and now the new upstarts like Mr Tony Pua come in and take over. I was told that Mr Tony Pua wants to remove serveral veteran leaders like Dr Tan Seng Giaw, Mr Fong Kui Lum, Mr Ronnie Liu, and put his own people as candidates for next general election.
For these three important reasons, I urge all Christians to stop supporting Pakatan. All civil servants should also protest against DAP, especially to kick out Mr Tony Pua, who is out to break our ricebowls.

Tony may be blunt but not incorrect(unless you are a yes man like the lawyer korek korek korek), it sounds unfriendly or even gung-ho in the approach but we all know how the government servants work(majority! Let's not kid ourselves trying to protect anyone) and we have the highest work force behind all these govt institutions compared to many countries per ratio even Thailand that has a far bigger population do not employ what we have done to the tax-payers who have to bear the grunt of paying them their salaries yet service below par. It always glaring that too many idle on a job or nobody wants to be responsible and most want their palms to be greased and everybody breaks almost at the same time or busy for nothing, these are still not uncommon things the public face daily! Who pays their salary when a bloated workforce do not even cater to the need of the employer(Rakyat).
The root of the problem is the cause of the ailment! Not only workforce is the only cause for concern even some institutions are deemed not necessary that work could have been done effectively from within the institution department independently but the however the government thinks otherwise because of independency and separation of powers that over-employed a bloated workforce yet we see the duplication of work between two institutions. Can we think positively of the action than just hitting at someone who see the root cause of a swelling unproductive, unused even abused method of employment that cause the spiral expenditure of an effective workforce?
Yes, we can retrain them if they are not well equipped with knowledge and maintain statuo quo but they are really some that do not deserve when they are determined themselves not to perform. Yes it hurts when reality knocks but they will not be subjected to these measures if they are serious about being a government servant for the PEOPLE!
Stay on to work for the People and country not for political, masters that the Rakyat cursed them of their misdeeds! Even Pakatan must be constantly reminded. The health of a company tells the ability of its management so is the country's progress! You can't cook the books, nobody can cook the book the way BN cooked theirs that we know it is a cookbook! Statistics of figures and facts in the market cannot lie! Don't be a leech to the country!

1. Climb the civil service - you need to drop your name and get potong and call yourself Mamak Abdullah. Forget about your Indian roots and get a big noisy bike to head a Mat Rempit outfit.
2. Have you sign up for Perkasa membership yet? What are you waiting for, dei?
3. Go and kiss the backsides of TDM, Moohideen, Najis and RoastMama. Bodek and polish until the cows come home into Condos.
Surely you don't want to remain a small fry and waste time with Malaysia-today right?

The solution as I said is simple; remove LGE and Geng and bring back the old guard Or isolated DAP in Penang. Let them learn their lesson first. We did not say destroy DAP, just isolate them, IF they do not bow to the wishes of the electorate.
LGE can be the chairman of the party. No problem.

Cheat yourself about the unlikely possibility of Hudud being implemented by PAS OR PR, and face the UMNO and JAIS raid as and when they like in your churches.
Enjoy the credibility of UMNO and BN people like Sharizat, Ng Yen Yen, Zaid Hamidi, CSL, Najib, Muhyidin, Rosmah, ...
We do not need people like you Paul Raj.

If you have never really understood what is a shortsighted man who sees no further than his nose, this Paul Raj is one. In his tiny mind, he can only see his ricebowl, and not the future of his children or grandchildren ...... He sees only the crumbs that he eats out of the hands of his master. He cares not that umno and bn are proven leeches who have sucked out even the future inheritance of his descendants.
And knowing evil, he chooses evil over an opportunity to bring improvements. He cannot see that a change of government will bring healthy competition, neither can he see the achievements of the PR state governments.
And why is he so afraid of his ricebowl? Probably because he is incapable of doing a good day's work and he knows it. A mental retard. So he has to live off the crumbs of a corrupt government. And to call on Christians to vote for evil? Does he not even understand that it is a sin to tolerate evil, oppression and corruption? He is no Christian by practice ...... just by religiosity and culture - His mindset is an insult to himself. Fool.

I too am a Christian. However, RPK explained, hudud has little chance of being enacted and implemented because there isn't enough support (and votes) in the Parliament. What we are seeing in the newspapers and news sites are politics, not reality or practicability. It offends me that firebrands like Ibrahim Ali, Bung Mokhtar and their ilk get away with saying nonsense. But it is all a part of BN's divide-and-rule strategy -- to divide the ethnic groups so that the rakyat don't oppose BN. And people like Paul Raj believes in BN's propaganda.
Both BN and PR have their bad points and questionable actions. But on the whole, BN is much worse than PR (except in the opinion of BN supporters). Why highlight and question about PR but not BN? Many of BN's policies and actions are much more hypocritical than PR. Try putting it the other way around and then ask why anyone in their right mind should vote for BN.

And how many civil servants Malaysia has again? A small nation with just 27 million people has a total of how many civil servants? (emphasis on SERVANTS as in 'to serve the civilians'). We totally welcome Tony's statement. Those who cannot survive outside of the civil service are probably the ones who are the unnecessary deadweights, and you can bet that there are as many as that 40% figure, if not more. Freeloaders skimming off the ones that work their butts off competing daily in the ever more stressful private sector! Tiuniasing!

Hello Mr Raj, , ,, haven't you realize that your Indian community are being treated like 3rd class citizens by the UMNO regime?
Please remember also the UMNO regime PDRM are always eager to beat the shit or even murder if they hold any of your community youth under your custody. Next morning either they float in the Kelang river or they slip and fall apparently due to suicide!
Your bright Indian youth can't even enter the higher learning institutions despite having 9 straights As in their SPM exams.
Well, I have lots more to tell you how the UMNO-BN regime treated your Indian community,,but for the time being I just have this to say to you. . .' go fcuk yourself and go vote the UMNO-BN regime at your own peril! Stupid!
