Malaysians - all working rakyat are living on borrowed cash. Education on loan; car loan; housing loan; credit card repayment; and personal loans to even wed - Period.

The monthly salary is hardly enough to plug all the monthly re-payments. Just check the wallets of all those going to work every day. There is just enough Ringgit to pay for transport and cheap meals.

And do we call this progressive and developing world-class rated nationhood?

If one has travelled through the neighbouring countries, he/she would notice that although the people in these countries may appear poor to our own eyes, they are a lot better off than us.

Their citizens do not live on borrowed money. They eat better. They go to sleep with less financial nightmares. They live a comparatively simple but abundant life.

We, despite all the trappings, are saddled with the burdens of borrowed money month after month.

And with the escalating price of consumer goods, the cracks are appearing rapidly on our social fabric. Here when the government says the prices have been checked and kept at previous levels, it begs explanation.

The rakyat know that the same bowl of noodles that they eat today is not the same with that of last month. The quantity has reduced significantly. Likewise for a whole lot of other daily food items.

How long can Malaysians live through these make-believe 'developing and progressive' labels that politicians are ever too quick to proclaim?

On that same token, just take a look at how the family members of cabinet members live. Pay a courtesy call to their homes (if only that is so easy to do). Take a look at the expensive and opulent wealth oozing from their cupboards and armchairs. Never mind the stable of dream cars.

Look at the jewels that choke the necks and arms of the ministers' wives. Examine the holidays their families are basking in.

And let us not be hoodwinked by the defence that that it is their benefit owing to their spouses' service to the nation.

These are very troubling moments in the history of the world. We are today witnessing new chapters being written in several countries already, like Tunisia, Egypt, and perhaps many more would follow.

For us Malaysia can avoid the rough road to freedom if only we can have a government that repents in time and a rakyat that works with a resolute will to bazooka the widespread corruption.

Otherwise, when a global financial disaster goes out of control, we may all wake up with an empty kitchen minus a roof over our heads, while the wealthy take flight.

Just look at outcome of Tenang's by-election results and u know where this country is heading. These bn voters are so bodoh, they keep supporting corruption by voting bn. What is wrong with all these boneheads? To wake these bn voters up, there is only one road for malaysia to take - this country must collapse, go broke & suffer widespread poverty b4 people realised they allowed themselves to be screwed all these 53 years.

Unfortunately the rural folks will not understand the problem, together with the large group of government servants, UMNO/BN vote bank is guaranteed.

Now we can only wait for the moment when the government can not longer sustain itself, and by then the public will see the actual problem. This year alone it is reported that BN government will issue RM70 billion bond, a staggering 1/3 of national budget. Can this bond attract enough buyer? How long can this amount sustain the wasteful spending of UMNO/BN government? When will be the next bond issue? by how much?

The corrupt regime is very clever to take care the government staff...no matter what their salary is secured....either bonus or allowance given yearly....on what cost? Whom are bearing all these costs?? Those income tax paying fools (inclusive of me) mostly in the private sector. What is the most numbered workers group in the government sector? And what is the minimum salary of this group of government staff? RM 600? RM 700? It's very low indeed compared to the so called RM 1500 as a the minimum house hold income of the poor...

Ever wonder what is the pay of the biggest group in the private sector? Yup those lower income earner in the private sector and also the biggest group is the factory operator...and they are been paid RM 450 ~ RM 500 for 12 hours work...yup they pay is based on 4 day a work....but ever wonder and seen these operator working? Not all the factory is so generous in OT....many are already been control…at times when the factory has low volume....they shut down the operation and these operator subjected for annual leave deduction or pay cut....

How many of us the executive level in the private sector feeling the pinch with very low or normal pay hike the last few years. Ever wonder how these operators in the factory try to make ends meet? What time they need to wake up in the wee hours and what time they come back?? And all for about RM 500 or less a month.

As I said earlier, the corrupt regime has ensure their safe deposit of government staff votes is secured with ensuring these government staff is protected….but how about those factory workers? How do you think they feel? And to rub salt to the injury....when they go for the government agency...they get blown away with the "first class" service of the government staffs. The agony is these so called government staff is always fighting for a minimum salary by Cuepas ....but how about the factory workers. Many company don't allow worker’s union in their factory, So whom to fight for them, I weep for them. I weep for their un recognize effort and hard working to build the economy of these country.....while they hardly can make ends meet.

I would never said that the government staff don’t deserve what they getting from the corrupt regime neither would question on their contribution on the development of this country. They have earned right. The government staff (except for a few bad apples) has earned it on their hard work and determination to develop the country….but at the same time please do consider those not so fortune souls in the private sector…especially those factory operators.

This 1Malaysia BeEnd 53 years of misruled has made every Malaysian POOOOOOR. 70% of the working populations need second or third jobs just to survive.
Do away with all the APs and we will automatically be better off.
Image for one moment if no car AP we all will enjoy cheaper cars and lower monthly repayments, with the saving we can buys foods for the family. Example – 2 millions cars owners were to pay a lower cars installments of RM600 (due to cheaper cars price) = RM1200,000,000 per months pump into the private sectors all of us will benefit.
JUST vote for change. Do your small part by getting at least ONE NEW VOTER

Citizens living on borrowed cash whose salary is hardly enough to plug all the monthly re-payments and must go to work going every day are citizens who are too busy trying to make end meet. These are citizens who are too tired everyday and has got no time to think about anything else except watch the news at 8.00 pm to get their daily brainwashing and then go to sleep. - exactly where the powers behind the government want them to be, subdued and not opposing.

If ever this happen here, we just can't blame anyone but our own self. There are lots of blinded Rakyat who still could not differentiate the right politicians to run this country even after 50 over years. People are so selfish just to look at immediate gains & ignore the future.
We are not totally hopeless yet. The next general election is just round the corner. PLEASE DO NOT BE BOUGHT OVER A FEW FREE TOLLS BUT WAKE UP and look at the bigger picture of our next generation and generations to come.
Look at Egypt today, this is the result of corrupted leaders running a country. It is REAL and we are no different if we use our voting rights wrongly.

If Malaysia ever get to face the same situation Egypt is having currently, the wealthy to take the first flight out would comprise -
1. the UMNO filthy rich who loot the Nation's financial resources high and dry
2. their MCA cronies would board the next flight out
3. some MIC and Gerakan cronies would take the 3rd flight out.
It is already common knowlwdge the wealthy Chinese and Malays had taken up their PR status in Australia and elsewhere. The common people on the streets would have to fight it out among themselves to put food on their tables. History had shown that happened in Indonesia, Philippines, Tunisia and now Egypt. Thailand went through their own version of conflicting politics on the streets at a high cost. Hopefully, we can only pray it's not Malaysia's turn next.
