There was suspense this morning at the Kota Kinabalu High Court, when High Court Judicial Commissioner Dato’ Abdul Rahman Sebli refused to adjourn the hearing of the MACC’s appeal against the acquittal of Dato’ Ramli  Yusuff for the charge of abuse of power in using a police Cessna purportedly to view land that Dato’ Ramli was said to have interest in.

The adjournment was sought because Dato’ Shafee Abdullah had to attend to another appeal in the Court of Appeal. Assisting counsel, James Tsai, had no choice but to proceed after DPP Ahmad Bache said that he was ready with his written and oral submission. After hearing the submissions, the JC took a short adjournment. More suspense.

At 11.30 am, when the Learned JC pronounced his judgment, it brought tears of joy to Dato’ Ramli and his family, mostly his wife’s who are Sabahan’s This is Providence. A reward from heaven for the patience and resilience that Dato’ Ramli had shown throughout this nightmarish episode.

Dato’ Rahman Sebli has also now redeemed the honour and pride of the Malay members of the Bench, by showing that he is independent minded just like Judge Supang Lian and Judge Gunalan who both  had earlier acquitted Dato’ Ramli in two separate trials at the Sessions Court in Sabah and in Kuala Lumpur.

Since the day he was dubbed the “RM 27 Milliion Cop”, Dato Ramli had to endure suspicion, public scorn and humiliation. It is now clear that the mainstream newspapers have publicly lynched an innocent man.

I have been following Dato’ Ramli’s trial. Last Friday I was in court when Judge Gunalan acquitted Dato Ramli. I heard Dato’ Ramli say how his life had been destroyed and he now needs to rebuild it again. I heard him express his gratitude to his very supportive wife, the charming Dato’ Anita Harun. I heard him express regret that his mother had died without seeing him vindicated of all the false accusations leveled against him. May his mother’s soul rest in peace because Muslims believe that the prayers and good deeds of a filial son will always be rewarded.

This fella is no Saint either. There must be some kinda truth on his corrupted practice, so they made use of it to finish off his career coz he's a threat to that mattress carrier at that time. Have we ever come across any dogs in blue whom are not corrupted?? Ask ourselves! Birds of a feather...smilies/cry.gifsmilies/cry.gifsmilies/cry.gifsmilies/cry.gifsmilies/cry.gif

My perceptions. I think Musa Hassan has become a humongous liability to Najis! That's why he has to be removed. Najis and Hisham is gonna look for someone, or has found one, with so much less baggage to carry on their shennanigans.

It may be that becoz all the charges against Ramli Yusuff can't and won't stick, they have to let him go and at the same time show to the world that they don't control the judiciary.

The truth will always prevail! The conniving unholy trinity of Guinea Pigtail, Musang Hentam and MACC the Knife had better mend their ways, for the power of divine intervention is almighty and will strike in many ways! Remember how the AG of Sodomy I, Mohtar Abdullah answered to his Maker? How about the Not Relevant Judge Augustine Paul who was recently called to face his Maker also? Dato' Ramli Yusoff, we all know you have been wronged because you have a conscience and you fought against injustice and wrongdoings in PDRM. Be strong and justice will eventually prevail! God bless you and your family.

But the UMNOPutras have said they will be appealing the case in Putrajaya.
dato Ramli, hang on inside there, I'm sure the rakyat who have been informed correctly about the merits of the case shall continue to pray that u will continue to meet with precious , just noble and fair judges !!

musang.
. Menyusahkan masyarakat sahaja.

Dear PM Najib, the whole episode of your men's performance is far from satisfactory and is not going to convince the rakyat that this is what we call progress under your leadership! Do you think these things happening is going to convince the rakyat that 1MALAYSIA is something the rakyat is going to look forward to???

Changes are needed or change it will eventually come !

I believe PIG Musang is well and truly cooked with this judgement. Can you hear the sharpening of the knieves Musang? Or maybe you would rather take the easier option and just drop dead, especially since your heart is not too stout?
