Yes, changes came in many countries. But in most cases it was not because of the elections. It was because the government acted brutally and undemocratically against its own citizens. So we need you to act brutally and undemocratically against peace-loving Malaysians so that we can see what happened in the Philippines, Indonesia and Egypt also happen in Malaysia.

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Raja Petra Kamarudin

There is talk that a roundup will be launched starting from tonight and those behind the BERSIH rally of 9th July 2011 are going to be detained.

There is talk that ‘both sides’ of the BERSIH rally are going to be detained, which will include Ibrahim Ali and Khairy Jamaluddin.

There is talk that the roundup this time around will not be as big as Operasi Lalang of 27th October 1987 when 106 dissidents, activists and opposition leaders were detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA).

There is talk that the ISA will not be used against these people but those rounded up will be ‘kept out of circulation’ and off the streets for a while just to ‘cool things down’ a bit.

There is talk that the army has been told to be on stand-by in case it is needed to ‘restore law and order’ on 9th July 2011.

There is talk that the army has been ordered to ‘shed blood’ if necessary in its effort to ‘restore law and order’.

There is talk that if the army is told to act aggressively against fellow Malaysians the soldiers will refuse to do so and will instead join the ranks of the demonstrators like what happened in so many other countries since the Russian revolution.

There is talk that thousands of PAS ‘red shirts’ or Unit Amal will form a human barricade against the police and/or army on 9th July 2011 to ensure that the ‘yellow shirt’ demonstrators are safe from harm even if many of the ‘red shirts’ need to die a jihadist’s death in the pursuit of amar makruf, nahi munkar.

There is talk that the BERSIH rally will be a purely Malay affair because the Chinese and Indians are too scared and extremely selfish and will stay away although they are the ones who talk the most.

There is talk that this time around more Chinese and Indians are going to be on the streets compared to the first BERSIH rally of 10th November 2007 because the Chinese and Indians want to show the government what they think of the racial and religious discrimination they are being subjected to.

There is talk that the BERSIH rally will turn into a civil war and Malaysia is going to end up like Egypt with Umno out of power and Najib-Rosmah seeking asylum in Singapore together with a planeload of Birkin handbags and Jimmy Choo shoes.

There is talk that the government wants to use 9th July 2011 as the excuse to declare an emergency and suspend Parliament and subject the country to NOC-rule a la the aftermath of 13th May 1969 (which means no need for general elections).

There is talk that less than 50,000 people will be on the streets on 9th July 2011.

There is talk that 100,000 people or more will be on the streets on 9th July 2011.

There is talk that not less than 300,000 people will be on the streets on 9th July 2011.

There is talk that the ratio of BERSIH to PERKASA-UMNO demonstrators will be 20:1 and the Malay KKK crowd will run for cover and hide their sorry arses.

There is talk that the ratio of BERSIH to PERKASA-UMNO demonstrators will be 20:1 and the Malay KKK crowd will call upon the police and riot squad to help ‘even the odds’.

There is talk that none of the above will happen and 9th July 2011 will come and go and a few thousand people will march peacefully and go home and the entire thing will be a non-event.

Anyway, whatever may be the scenario we will really see over these next two weeks and on 9th July 2011, let me ‘advice’ Umno and Najib on what Malaysia needs.

What we need is for the government to start rounding up people.

What we need is for the government to act brutally against the demonstrators on 9th July 2011.

What we need is for an emergency to be declared.

What we need is for Parliament to be suspended.

What we need is for the NOC to be formed to take over the running of the country.

That is what we need and we need this because this is what Marcos, Suharto, Mubarak, etc., did and this resulted in them being ousted from power and democracy being restored in the Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, etc.

So, Umno, make my day. Do what we need you to do and watch the changes that we fought for so long finally come to Malaysia.

There is talk that the 100 000 rakyat will instead march towards Putrajaya and surround the PM's residence and forced him to hand over the government.

There is talk that more chinese will go down for the Bersih rally, no, i should say, it is confirmed that this time around the chinese is definitely going to the Bersih rally.

What RPK said is true. Reformed and changes are seldom done through election. Most often it is through Government brutality.

The job of the police and army is to keep the country safe and not harm the citizen.

And here is a reprise of Scorpion's "Winds Of Change". How apt

I follow the Moskva
Down to Gorky Park
Listening to the wind of change
An August summer night
Soldiers passing by
Listening to the wind of change

The world closing in
Did you ever think
That we could be so close, like brothers
The future's in the air
I can feel it everywhere
Blowing with the wind of change

Chorus:
Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow dream away
In the wind of change

Walking down the street
Distant memories
Are buried in the past forever

I fallow the Moskva
Down to Gorky Park
Listening to the wind of change

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow share their dreams
With you and me

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow dream away
In the wind of change

The wind of change blows straight
Into the face of time
Like a stormwind that will ring
The freedom bell for peace of mind
Let your balalaika sing
What my guitar wants to say

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow share their dreams
With you and me

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow dream away
In the wind of change

This UMNO government has unmistakably fired her first salvo against the people of Malaysia! With their high-handedness (in arresting and ridiculously charging the 30 odd Bersih activists with waging war against the Agong) and her double-standards (in not arresting the much-hated racist Abrahim Ali under ISA for being openly anti-Malaysian and anti-national), they are surely working up the common citizens’ feelings towards a frenzy! Both improper action and inaction on these two situations alone is tantamount to this UMNO government challenging the citizens’ sanity outright and to a gut-fight on injustices meted out by them! I am not sure if this government is really so stupid as not to recognize these are very potent ingredients for a revolution!

In addition to RPK’s advice to UMNO above, I am sure many fellow citizens would also want to advise the UMNO tyrants to save this nation from going to the dumps and possible anarchy by their inequitable and apartheid-like handling of social issues. They are the ones in position and power who can avoid such disintegration! They must not underestimate the citizens’ will this time to stand up against oppression, suppression and intimidation and fight for free and fair elections and social justice!

UMNO be warned! Even with the police and army currently behind you, as with other falling and fallen nations in the middle-east, you will not win at the end of the day if the aggrieved citizens of the country are given no choice at all but to strongly back as good and concerned citizens should for the long term good of all! You will only be speeding up your political demise in the country if your actions are constantly perceived to be anti-common-citizenry and tyrannical!

Bersih rally on July 9 must be allowed by the government to happen as a peaceful means by concerned citizens towards showing the world that Malaysia can handle the democratic processes and issues in a humane and civil manner. All right-thinking Malaysians must hence continue to say NO to double-standards, NO to racism and NO to tyrannical responses by the government-of-the-day!

In any event, if there must be a fight between Malaysians and this UMNO government, if the Home Minister continues to play dirty against the citizens of Malaysia, then, hopefully, our icon social justice fighter in RPK, will return fire relentlessly at the morality issue of the minister with his armoury of closeted information as he did successfully to that Kedah Ahmad Ismail bastard to silent him sometime ago! Our PRK wouldn’t have otherwise addressed the minister before as the president of a certain club for nothing, would he? We shall closely watch what happens next and pray at the same time this government will come to her senses soon!

At the rate UMNO is going, GE13 is for BN to lose rather than for PR to win. Najis and co. are going to hand over Putrajaya to DSAI on a silver platter. UMNO/BN has completely underrated and underestimated the intellectual minds of the Malaysian population notwithstanding race. Good news for DSAI and PR.

This is what is going to happen to UMNO fcukheads and fcukwits... they are going to get a big GAJAH fcuk from the rakyat if they decide to take the law into their own hands (they have been doing it for years...with the corrupt chief justice and all the other sidekick fcukhead judges...... bar a few good ones...)....

The polis better not fcuk around.. cos the underworld may turn upon you as they all have relatives doing good deeds and being battered by cops for all the wrong reasons...... you may be taken out one by one... so all you big chiefs better watch out... and better not pout... becoz the RAKYAT will take you fcukwits out....

They say it would threatened peace and security.
They say it's an attempt to revive pro-Commnunism.
They say it's anti-Islamic.
Thay say it's tantamount to treason.
They say it's political.
They say all these because they have deceived the rakyat since the days of Mamak.

To add, a reminder to the Interior Minister of Malaysia Hishammudin!
You burnt mosques, you played with the bugbear of race and religion just to keep your heists perennial. Your former"' mattress carrier "" used the Nation's funds to upgrade the communications and Intelligence peripherals. --But you could not trace a simple SMS that threatened the citizens of Malaysia. You encouraged Molotovs to be used to frighten the ones who fought to upkeep the laws of the land !!
You think Malaysians are dumb as your "thugs" and your inner coterie???

Gone are the days when you could pit one against my Malay, Chinese, Indian , Iban brothers and sisters. Today i hear your political bankruptcy--- your new rabbit out of your hat is"" treason against the King""??? Its time you stopped bookmaking and started reading some History of your own land for a change . Your bogeyman died long long ago!!!!Today you face your own kind who had been shackled and made downtrodden .They had been slaves to you for too long .
Diplomatic cables are now traveling at the speed of light from KL!!The World is watching every move of yours!!!!

There is talk that Mamak Kutty has secretly called the captain crew of “Rachel Corrie Ship” to abandon their missions in Gaza and to return home ASAP.

The ship would be used to ferry their cronies abroad. The next destination is still unknown. Deep Throat revealed that the crook is busy googling their people in Cayman Island.

Malaysia"s ruling Government has been using these trump cards at their disposal -
1. ISA to insti fear of arrest and detention without trial
2. arrest and detention under under legislation by the Police goons, even arrest for candle virgils
3. AG who can act in concert to press charges and prosecute while he bonks his colleague
4. using Perkas as their ally to thteaten others 'to stock food'
5. a suspect Judiciary whose integrity as an independant Institution guaranteed under the Federal Constitution is no longer reliable
6. various NGOs pressure groups using Islam as the religion of mass weapon destruction
7. Mamak and his peers who play their wayang kulit from the shadows
8. a PM who does not possess the integrity to look after the welfare and interests of the rakyat rather than being associated with those who used C4 for murder

There will come a time when the rakyat can take it no more. Can they arrest and detain 10,000, 100,000 or 1 million Malaysians in Kamunting?

RPK, you sound just like Dirty Harry with your, "Go ahead, make my day" challenge. Bersih 2.0 and the rakyat vs BeEnd is also like President Kennedy vs the Soviets where they were eyeball to eyeball in the Cuban missile crisis standoff and the Soviets 'blinked'. The other scenario is 'playing chicken' where two drivers driving at breakneck speed towards each other waits fr the other to swerve away. I am damn sure BeEnd will blink or swerve away.
