THE CORRIDORS OF POWER
 
Pegawai ini adalah SUPT JAAFAR BIN MAT (K/P NO: G/11545) iaitu Ketua Jabatan Narkotik di IPK Melaka sekarang. Bersama ini saya lampirkan gambar rumah barunya yang pernah diceritakan/dikhabarkan kepada semua oleh isteri beliau bernilai RM4Juta dan senarai aset berserta detail yang mana sedang di "update" oleh saya dari masa ke semasa.

Dia mempunyai sehingga 15 syarikat kawalan keselamatan yang mana kesemua pengarah & pemegang saham di syarikat-syarikat tersebut terdiri daripada isteri, anak, adik, adik ipar, sepupu, anak saudara, rakan, jiran dan isteri rakan (bekas pengarah - meletak jawatan kerana pernah seseorang ingin melaporkan kepada KPN) iaitu isteri kepada Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar (Pengarah Jabatan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri/Ketenteraman Awam KDN/KA).
 
Maklumat ini boleh dirujuk dalam lampiran yang saya berikan. Dia memperolehi lesen-lesen tersebut adalah daripada adanya "connection" dia dengan salah seorang panel/orang kanan yang meluluskan lesen kawalan keselamatan selain daripada kerani yang bekerja di KDN. Memang diketahui umum di KDN dan dipercayai dia ada membayar (memberi rasuah) secara bulanan kepada mereka-mereka tersebut. Bukti tidak dapat diberikan kerana dia dipercayai memberikan mereka secara tunai. Ramai yang beranggapan bahawa modal awalan untuk kesemua syarikat beliau datang dari duit rasuah yang mana mudah diperolehi daripada tugas hakikinya kerana dia bukan datang dari keturunan yang kaya atau berada. 

Suatu ketika dahulu dia pernah ditahan oleh BPR (SPRM) untuk siasatan dan kemudian pengadu telah menarik balik laporan atas rasa kasihan terhadap dia. Kerana dia pernah berjanji tidak akan menganiaya sesiapa lagi selepas itu. Hasil daripada tahanan terhadap dia oleh BPR dahulu, kini dia sudah mempunyai kenalan (pegawai penyiasat) yang rapat dimana setiap bulan dia akan membayar sekurang-kurangnya RM1000 kepada pegawai penyiasat tersebut. 

Saya tidak ada masalah untuk tampil apabila PDRM, SPRM atau apa-apa badan yang ingin menyiasat malah saya tidak keberatan untuk memberikan maklumat yang saya ada. Tujuan saya mengedarkan maklumat ini kepada media adalah kerana tidak mahu nanti jika maklumat ini diadukan pada SPRM @ PDRM, mereka hanya akan simpan atau buang kes sahaja. Ini adalah kerana dipercayai dia mempunyai hubungan yang baik dengan pengarah-pengarah atasan PDRM & SPRM. Kerana pada tahun lalu ada individu yang telah membuat laporan terhadap dia dan ada surat telah dihantarkan kepada Ketua Polis Negara akan tetapi ia hanya sampai ditangan P.A KPN kemudian tiada apa-apa tindakan diambil. Laporan/surat yang telah dihantar akan didedahkan jika ada keperluan nanti.

Its only 1% what about the rest.Did u know my CRV I bought under my friend name who were happened a Policeman from Sentul.After my first retraction I have to leave ,I left my car behind ,police search the plate and find out its belongs to a policeman from sentul.Statement taken and transfered him to ULU KINTA PASUKAN POLIS HUTAN.He called me and demand monies from me coz he say his monthly under table monies all are gone b'coz of this transfer.Seems he lose 5k a month.I told him point blank don't educate ur children with this corrupt monies,its never go long. I knew a retired SP sometime back. He was as straight as an arrow. Never looked at your race card for one bit. Fought the communists when he was young. Answered back to the establishment when he was older. If you broke the law, he'd haul you in no matter your race. He passed away peacefully several years ago on a Thursday night after his maghrib prayers, resting on his praying mat. He left behind a wonderful family and his assets were a small single storey leasehold house, a car, a motorcycle and a small kebun. When he passed on, a lot of people came to pay respects,mostly from low-income and middle income group of various races.

What a difference.

Repeat this same same situation for all Bn/dUMNO leaders and the gravy train is kept busy and very much alive. The Rakyat pays for all these by way of higher prices for goods n services ..our pockets,

Kebanyakkan umoono dan kesemua koncho-koncho mempunyai niat yang sama dalam penyelewengan untuk memperolehi duit secara haram( walaupun ia akanmembabit nyawa rakyat) melalui penyalahgunaan kuasa dengan menggunakan modus operandi yang berturut-turut.

Cuba siasat sama ada lanun ini membayar cukai atau tidak. bukan sahaja lanun ini perlu disiasat, tetapi juga lanun-lanun lain dalam UMNO terutama sekali ketua lanun Najib dan Muhyddin.
Kalau lanun-lanun ini tidak membayar cukai, mengapa pula Jabatan Hasil hendak memaksa rakyat miskin untuk membayar cukai?
