I'll bet you that the authorities are sitting this one out for either all the witnesses died or gone senile or something along that line then the authorities can stamp the case file NFA, no witnesses, no evidence, nothing to work on kautim NFA.

Hello syd. . ., not 6 years lah. . ., but 8 years! Maybe this letter along with other documents from the MAS Sr.GM to MACC has been taken by some Mat Bangla doing office cleaning to the paper recycle company like what had happened to the Gombak Police station.

Anyway, I do not think MACC is going to investigate this case. They have a new slogan now. . ., "Cover-up without fear or favor"!

syd, I think it's called the statute of limtiations. MACC's Ah Boo Cursing will cite this clause, case closed NFA. BTW, I also think all saman ekor over 6 years are null and void too. No need to pay lor.

After 6 years, if no legal action taken, then the case is burnt. I forgot the legal term for this.
