Tajudin secured a clean unsecured personal loan of RM1.89 billion from Sime Bank (sudah tutup) to purchase the MAS shares at far below market price, when the market price was around RM4.00. The shares were never charged to the Bank. When MAS repurchased the shares at a premium i.e. at the market price of about RM4.00 par, the proceed was never returned to the bank. We know Sime closed because of this deal but where did the RM1.89 billion gone to? In Mahathir’s or Daim’s pockets?

May I suggest, did a Notice of Discontinuance (with no liberty to file afresh) had been filed in court, to protect Ramly, Mahathir and Daim just like what they did to the unsecured RM800 million loan given to one Coronation Mark SB, a RM 2.00 company with 8 Umno goons as proxy directors? What about the RM550 million loan given to Liong Sik's son or we need to ask more?
