PAS Perak state bureau has urged voters in the state to be prepared for a snap state elections.

According to a statement by PAS Perak commissioner Abu Bakar Hussain, there are strong rumours that the Perak legislative assembly will be dissolved soon.

He urged those who have yet to register themselves as voters to do so to ensure that they were not left out in case there were snap polls.

“I hope that the young graduates and all those who have yet to register themselves as voters to do so quickly to ensure that they are not left out of the voting process,” said Abu Bakar in a statement yesterday.

He also hoped that the current conflict within the state would be resolved with fresh elections as the first anniversary of Barisan Nasional’s retaking of the state loomed next week.

On Feb 6 last year, BN recaptured the state after three Pakatan Rakyat assemblypersons quit their parties and turned independent.

The three independents — Mohd Osman Jailu (Changkat Jering-PKR), Jamaluddin Mat Radzi (Behrang-PKR) and Hee Yit Foong (Jelapang-DAP) — threw their support behind BN and enabled the coalition to retake Perak.

The Federal Court announced yesterday that it would deliver the verdict of the Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir versus Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin case on Feb 9.

Pakatan Rakyat’s (PR) Nizar, who failed to persuade the Perak Sultan to dissolve the state assembly and was subsequently replaced by Zambry, had taken the matter to the Kuala Lumpur High Court where a trial was held to discover the facts of the case.

High Court found Nizar to be the lawful menteri besar. However, Zambry subsequently challenged the High Court’s decision at the Court of Appeal and won that round.

BN will be using the Perak State elections as a gauge on how well the ALLAH tactic is working.

our Malay brethren have their work cut out for them.
Malays must see through the "MUSLIHAT" umno is using to grab Malay votes.

Don't fall for their trap.

Look beyond race and religion and recognise that this is a fight for a better Malaysia.

For the sake of our children and our children's children, let us put aside the Allah issue now and kick BN out.

If there is a snap polls in Perak (and thats a big IF), I hope Pakatan Rakyat machinery would be extra vigilant. I'm sure BN would do everything in its power to hold Perak just to save face.

To the police and army personals who are holding their new MyKad, please do the right thing and vote for the right Party.

Don't forget that you have taken Oath and swearing in to perform and uphold law and order for the Country and her People, to serve and protect the Nation?

It is time now to put your head up high and proof to the People and clean your image.

THERE IS A FOUL TOXIC STREAM OF WIND ABOUT THE MASTER TRIAD CHESS PLAYER CALLED THE "PIG" WHO (SORRY) WHICH IS LAYING DOWN HIS CARDS ON THE TABLE OF THE EC BOSS TO NEGOTIATE TENDER TERMS AND AMOUNTS TO CHANGE CIVILIAN VOTERS INTO POSTAL VOTERS AS IS DONE BY THE ARMED FORCES , AND THE MOST RECENT REPULSIVE NEWS IS THAT CIVIL SERVANTS MAY BE POSTAL VOTERS, TOO.

THE STAKES ARE DEFINITELY VERY HIGH. SO , THE PIG CAN REIN IN THE THUGS AND THE TRIADS AND THE RM LAUNDERERS TOO TO INTIMIDATE NORMAL CIVILIANS TO OPT TO BE BLOCK POSTAL VOTERS.

IT IS GOING TO BE "ONE DAMNED RICH PIG" . THE WHOLE NATION WILL BE POSTAL VOTERS CONTROLLED BY COMMANDERS, MAYORS, SECRETARY GENERAL , STATE SECRETARIES AND NOW CPOs & THE PIG !! UMNO WILL SURELY SURVIVE TILL HARI KHIAMAT !

Snap polls in Perak soon?
One way or the other , this is the best way forward.
Let's hope the UMNOputras have come round to this point of view.
If the Perak voters so decide to return BN to power, we who have condemned the unscrupulous power grab will keep our peace and the UMNOputras can rule legitimately.

Maybe UMNO has heard that the Appeal court finds it difficult to rule in favour of the African Idi Amin lookalike CM! So you dissolve the assembly and the case becomes academic.

If what DreamLady says that about policemen being given MYcard so they can vote twice is true Pakatan has to find a way to expose this.

There must be thousands if not millions of MT readers out there. If you guys read between the lines in quite a few of RPK recent blogs, he had dropped many heavy hints on what he expect you guys to do ( not for his sake ) but for our sake and future. He is appealing you guys to start a "VOTER GET VOTERS" campaign. He does not want you guys to comments of complaints, of evil BN, of corruptions etc etc or even talking of him as a hero.He wanted non of that. He wanted you all to go and get NEW voters, keep them well informed and vote for a Clean,Efficient,Corrupt FREE goverment. Now can you guys do that? I did it a months ago after hearing his NEW YEAR wish for ALL Malaysian of a NEW YEAR RESOLUTION of a "VOTER GET VOTERS" campaign. So let see how many of you ahve DONE that...I had, HAVE U ???????

Urges alone is not good enough. It leads to nowhere There must be follow ups. Pakatan machineries have to work extremely hard, even at odd hours, and with full commitment. They must put their heads together to ensure voters are fully prepared mentally and physically for a snap election and ; are able to register as many new voters as possible.

Don't be complacent with the performance in the last GE !. Bear in mind, since then beEND /umNO have gone wild in their moves to create an unlevel playing field for Pakatan.

All along Pakatan has been so confident in retaining Perak. Make sure that becomes a reality. Otherwise, Pakatan will be made a laughing stalk. Worst of all , Perakians will lose faith in the party. . .

The civil servants will be given the choice to vote twice, one as -postal voter; another one is civillian's vote. That was what happened when it was discovered in Perak that the law-enforcement personnels are requested by UMNO state goons to apply for Mycard..it means the UMNO goons are aiming to strike big this coming snap election with the double voting system they create!!!

The cheating by UMNO that comes as a trade mark during elections; the door to door free muruku and rice-cookers, angpow of $50 to $300 to 'seduce' opposition party's voters, open-house free makan, terrace-houses are given out free to local people, (that happened during Mat Isa's election in Seremban), you name it and that will sure be the thing.. It is going to be an uphill fight between PKR and UMNO. This time around the PR supporters mostly have swung to the left and befriend the mamak roti canai of fake MB who has been bribing the local people to the hilt. It is sad and regretable that some people's dignity and pride could be bought over for a few ringgits worth of goods!!

But I will, and we will continue to pray for PKR's success in the coming election. Justice shall always prevail for the oppressed, the suppressed, and the downtrodden.!!

Hidup PAKATAN RAKYAT!!! .................MATILAH ENGKAU, UMNO!!!!
