In response to your article about Islam being politics, "Aaron" posted a comment that takes a very hard swipe at UN Agenda 21.
As far as I can see, the only linkage between Aaron's comment and the content of your article is that he considers that someday in the not-too-distant future religion will be wiped out by the powers-that-be (whoever they are).
I throw up my hands in horror when I am confronted by people who think like Aaron. UN Agenda 21 (READ MORE HERE) has been put together by people who are genuinely interested in the survival of the human race through the implementation of “sustainable development” (which will most surely be needed to achieve that laudable aim). Having semi-mentored my daughter Anita when she was doing her Sustainable Development post-grad degree I too believe very strongly that mankind's survival and the issue of sustainability are vital matters that need to be addressed today, not left until the over-crowding on this planet causes millions upon millions of deaths through lack of food and water.
With all well-intentioned endeavours of mankind there will always be a few areas that need to be reined in a bit, and I have no doubt that UN Agenda 21 will be no exception to the rule. But quite how Aaron has concluded that UN Agenda 21 is set to systematically destroy people and religions I just cannot comprehend, let alone his assertion that it is already happening. So my question is, do you know if Aaron is for real, an out-and-out trouble maker, a crackpot or just a joker?
My personal view is that no matter where Aaron is coming from, comments such as his are destined to confuse the more gullible in our society and cause blockades to be put up where an easy passage is what would be best for mankind. Maybe I should just be thankful that he's not my son-in-law!
