Full Internet services are expected on Jan 4, instead of today as there has been a delay in repair works on the submarine cable between Italy and northern Egypt, Telekom Malaysia said in a statement yesterday.

Tmnet services all F**kedup. Customer services are mere lip services. Staff are badly or not trained. No improvement from the day of separation from the government. the staff still think they are in government service.

Consumers should be rebated for the number of days that we received poor services, then only the Internet Services Provider will work its best for the profit. Otherwise, its just like one of those monopoly giant or govt agencies, who constantly shortchange the Malaysians.
