My dear YM RPK... So very true you are...

But here in Malaysia... The "Constitution" is just a tool to "Some people" where if what they said were somehow written there, it will be of importance. And sometimes even what was written were not exactly the same with what they said... They will twist and re-phrase/re-define what had been written in there to match whatever they are saying... But if what was written there were not in line with what they said, they will regard the constitution as non-importance, useless and they will not even mention it... They will instead claim that what has been ammended were for the benefit of the people, that it has to be amended.

So... I'm sorry but it seems that whatever written in the constitution is nothing unless it helps them to remain in power... Unless it helps them to abuse their power.

There is no doubt that UMNO has been using the "special position" of the Malays, ketuanan, "pendatang" and even Raja raja as their tools for prolonging their corrupt rule, robbing the rakyat, and abusing their power, and practising apartheid.

What baffles me is why MCA, MIC, Gerakan, etc. have allowed all this to go on for the past decades. The only reason I can think of is that the UMNO manages to control all these mosquito parties is because UMNO has bought these leaders by awarding them projects and contracts woth millions. Of course 90% of the billion-ringgit contracts goes to UMNO.

Most Malaysians are only capable of blindly following 'other peoples' laws - they succumb to mindless deference to authority - even if it illegitimate.

The brain and mind and will is weak, cowardly and lazy. - and so they shall be enslaved, controlled, and finally coerced.

Soon they will witness their assets confiscated by 'law', oppressed and rights freedoms and opportunities denied by 'law'.

Even in South Africa, apartheid was LAW, but was it just ?

No chance for Malaysians - they cannot think beyond their nasi lemak, roti canai, and dimsum (actually hard to blame them with such awesome foods)

It is patently obvious that this Barisan Najis & Utterly Moronic Nazi Organization Govt. led by a MURDERER, has for all intents and purposes, MURDERED the Malaysian CONSTITUTION, to prolong their influence and cling onto power by SUPPRESSING & OPPRESSING the Rakyat with DRACONIAN and UNCONSTITUTIONAL so-called "Laws", and perpetrating the INJUSTICE through their pantheon of Pariah minions in the Judiciary, as well as in the Polis, MACC, BTN and even the civil service, and by brain-washing unwary Rakyat into supporting their murderous rule by using FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) against these Rakyat's insecurities.

There is only 1 solution - VOTE IN A Rakyat's Govt., VOTE IN Pakatan Rakyat !
