Zuraida going for PKR veep’s post

Zuraida is in Azmin Ali’s team

(FMT) – PKR Wanita Chief Zuraida Kamaruddin will contest the party’s vice-president’s post, the party’s Ampang wing announced today.

Speaking outside the PKR main office here, Zuraida’s representative Norizwan Ahmad confirmed her candidacy but did not say who had submitted her nomination forms or who had seconded it.

This was all done by representatives from PKR Ampang, he said. The housing and local government minister, who was not present today, is Ampang MP.

Norizwan said Zuraida was taking on a bigger role as she wanted to give others a chance to lead the women’s wing.
