Anwar arrives home

(MMO) – Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has arrived at his home in Segambut after he was officially released from imprisonment today.

Escorted by several police outriders and a Prisons Department van, Anwar’s ride arrived at his home in Bukit Segambut around 1.35pm.

A large group of supporters also welcomed him home and chanted ‘Reformasi’, as his black SUV entered the compound.

Anwar will meet the media later for a official press conference and Terawih prayers at his home in Segambut, followed by a gathering at Padang Timur opposite Amcorp Mall in Petaling Jaya, Selangor at 10pm today.
