Status quo for PPBM as political party

(The Sun Daily) – The position of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) as a registered political party remains status quo.

The High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) today allowed PPBM’s application for leave for a judicial review of the provisional dissolution order issued by ROS earlier this month.

Judge Datuk Azizah Nawawi delivered the decision in chambers. She fixed May 7 for case management for inter-part hearing.
