2.       Dimaklumkan bahawa pihak Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (MCMC) telah menerima aduan berhubung artikel-artikel yang diterbitkan di portal Malaysia Today seperti berikut:

3.       Berlandaskan aduan yang diterima, penelitian pihak MCMC mendapati bahawa artikel-artikel tersebut menyalahi peruntukanSeksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 (AKM98).

4.       Sehubungan dengan itu, pihak Tuan dengan ini diminta untuk memadamkan artikel-artikel yang dinyatakan di atas, sebelum jam 10.00 pagi (waktu Malaysia), Selasa 6 Mac 2018.

5.       Pihak Tuan juga diminta agar lebih prihatin dalam memastikan portal Malaysia Today tidak menerbitkan artikel-artikel yang menyalahi mana-mana peruntukan undang-undang Malaysia.
